The External Expert Commission visited Pavlodar Higher Medical College on 28–30 April 2026 to assess its compliance with the standards for institutional accreditation of medical colleges and to evaluate educational programmes, including the applied Bachelor’s degree programme in “Nursing”. The international commission, chaired by B.K. Zeynoldina, Head of the Nursing Department of the Republican Higher Medical College, included an international expert – D.S. Tukhtasinova, Director of the Center for Medical Education Development and recipient of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan’s Award for Excellence in Healthcare. The expert commission also included academic staff from higher medical colleges of Kazakhstan, a student representative, and a representative of practical healthcare. The external evaluation was conducted as part of the reaccreditation process, and the college voluntarily underwent a specialized assessment to verify its compliance with international accreditation standards.
