At Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health care, dated 01.05.2021.

Location: Almaty.

1. Position: FULL-TIME MANAGER OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR ACCREDITATION AND MONITORING.

Workload: 9:00-18:00 (From Monday till Friday, 40 working hours), lunch break 13:00-14:00.

Employee is provided with the office workstation at ECAQA office.

Business trips are expected across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Qualification & Experience:

• a) Higher-professional education (preferably medical education): experience in corresponding field at least 5 years.
• b) Master’s and Doctoral degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.
• c) Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian languages ensuring the efficient usage of the state (Kazakh) language within the framework of the position, leading business negotiations and work with documentation;
• d) Proficiency in English, at least upper-intermediate level ensuring the professional cooperation with foreign educational institutions and international organizations;
• e) Advanced PC user;

The goals, objectives and duties are carried out in accordance with the Job Descriptions.

2. Position: PART-TIME IT SPECIALIST

Workload: 20 working hours including remote work.

Qualification & Experience:

• a) Higher education in «Computer science», «Software engineering» and other related specialties in applied mathematics, engineering, physics, etc.
• b) At least 3 years of work experience in IT services and projects;
• c) A portfolio of IT achievements;
• d) Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian and English, at least upper-intermediate level ensuring the efficient usage of languages in the work with documents and preparation of information for the website;
