From June 3 to 5, 2025, the international external expert commission carried out an evaluation of the undergraduate, master's, doctoral, and residency educational programmes of the NEI “Kazakh-Russian Medical University”.

The commission was chaired by L.S. Yermukhanova, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare at the NJSC “Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University”, and Chair of the “Public Health” Committee under the State unitary enterprise, as well as faculty members from medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

International experts who participated in the work of the commission included N.D. Suyunov, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Organization at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, Member of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR), Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, and T.A. Oleynikova, Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Kursk State Medical University, Russian Federation.
