On May 19-21, 2021, ECAQA External Evaluation Commission (EEC) visited the Syzganov National Research Centre for Surgery and conducted the evaluation of the institution and 5 residency programmes «Vascular Surgery», «Anaesthetics and Rehabilitation medicine, including children’s Anaesthetics and Rehabilitation medicine», «Cardio surgery, including children’s Cardio surgery», «Plastic surgery» and «Interventional Radiology» within the framework of specialized accreditation of postgraduate medical education organizations. The ECAQA’s Accreditation Standards are based on the WFME International Quality Assurance Standards. Professor Andrey Semenovich Rudoi, Head of the Department for Military Therapy at Belarus Medical State University, corresponding member of the Academy of Military Sciences of the Russian Federation participated in the work of EEC as a foreign expert.
