On April 29-30, 2019, the External EVALUATION Commission (EEC) of the ECAQA, within the framework of institutional accreditation, visited the International Education Centre YES implementing continuing education programmes (advanced training, short-term training, master classes, international training seminars).

The Chairman of the EEC was Vladimir Davydovich Vagner, Dr. habil. med., Professor, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, Head of the Department of Dental Service Organization, Licensing and Accreditation of the Federal State Institution “Central Research Institute of Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, (Moscow, Russian Federation); the Academic Expert was presented by Ayman Berikkaliyevna Khadzhiyeva, CES, Associate Professor of the "Integrated Economic Systems and Health Management" Department of the School "Public Health" of the NJSC “Asfendiyarov National Medical University”; the Expert Employer was Samal Manarbekovna Spankulova, Head and Director of the Dental Clinic B&S Dentistry; the ECAQA Observer was Makpal Aldibekovna Umarova, Head of Accreditation and Monitoring.
