Past-President and member of the Executive Board of the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME), Professor David Gordon held the workshop «New WFME Global Standards for Quality Improvement: National Specifications in Basic and Postgraduate Medical Education» for ECAQA accreditation experts on 20 June 2023 in Almaty.

The workshop objective: to develop the capacity of ECAQA accreditation experts to ensure the quality of medical education, based on international principles and WFME Global Standards for Quality Improvement: Basic Medical Education and Postgraduate Medical Education.

Seminar results: 38 representatives of medical universities and research centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of the KazMSA, Accreditation and Expert Council of ECAQA took part in the workshop.

Past-Президент и член Исполнительного совета Всемирной Федерации Медицинского Образования (ВФМО/WFME), профессор Дэвид Гордон провел 20 июня 2023 г. в г.Алматы обучающий семинар на тему «Новые глобальные стандарты ВФМО по улучшению качества: Национальная спецификация базового и последипломного медицинского образования» для экспертов по аккредитации Евразийского центра аккредитации и обеспечения качества образования и здравоохранения (ЕЦА).

Цель семинара: развитие потенциала экспертов по аккредитации по вопросам обеспечения качества медицинского образования, основанного на международных принципах и стандартах качества высшего и послевузовского образования ВФМО.

Итоги семинара: приняли участие 38 представителей медицинских вузов и научных центров Республики Казахстан, члены KazMSA, Аккредитационного и Экспертного совета ЕЦА.

May 24 - 26, 2023, within the framework of institutional accreditation, an external expert assessment was carried out by the SCE on REM «TALGAR HIGHER MEDICAL COLLEGE» DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OF ALMATY REGION with the participation of a foreign expert TEREKHOVA OKSANA IGOREVNA, c.m.s., Assistant of the Faculty of Pediatrics Department Kyrgyz State Medical academy. I.K. Akhunbayeva, Dean of the Faculty of «Pediatrics and VSO».

On May 16 - 18, 2023 within the framework of institutional and specialized accreditation an external expert evaluation of educational programs of NJSC «MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF ASTANA» was conducted, with the participation of foreign experts DR.ALENKA BRAČEK LALIĆ, PhD in the field of human resource management and labor relations.

May 10 - 12, 2023, within the framework of institutional accreditation, an external expert assessment was carried out by the SCE on REM «STATE HIGHER MEDICAL COLLEGE NAMED AFTER D.KALMATAYEV» DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OF ABAY REGION.
