A site visit was conducted to the Kazakh Scientific Center of Dermatology and Infectious Diseases by an international expert commission for accreditation, chaired by Professor B.S. Imasheva, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Head of the Educational and Methodological Department of Astana Medical University, Deputy Chairperson of the Educational and Methodological Association of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council for the field of “Healthcare”, and with the participation of D.M. Urunova, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases, Republican Specialized Centre of Epidemiology, Microbiology, Infectious and Parasitic Diseases, Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Commission also included an academic expert in the accreditation of postgraduate clinical education in dermatology, an employer expert, and a resident expert.
