The experts conducted an external evaluation of the National Scientific Center's activities for compliance with ECAQA Standards of Institutional Accreditation for Organisations of Postgraduate Education and CPD Programmes, as well as an assessment of residency educational programmes in the specialties of Pulmonology, Radiology, and Phthisiology within the framework of primary accreditation.

The international commission included a foreign expert, Sergey Alexandrovich Ryzhkin, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Radiology, Radiotherapy, Radiation Hygiene, and Radiation Safety named after Academicians A.S. Pavlova and F.G. Krotkova of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuous Professional Education (Moscow, Russian Federation), Scientific Secretary of the OMBN of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, and an accredited expert of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor).
