The external evaluation covered educational programmes in the following specialties: Public Health (scientific and pedagogical Master's programme), Public Health (profile Master's programme), Medicine (scientific and pedagogical Master's programme), and the residency programme in Plastic Surgery.

The international expert commission included Lilian Saptefrați, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Histology, Cytology, and Embryology at Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Republic of Moldova, and Director of the School of Doctoral Studies in Medical Sciences.
