The institutional external evaluation of the college and the assessment of 8 educational programmes were carried out, including programmes in unique specialties: 09140200 - "Medical Optics" Qualification 4S09140202 - "Optometrist" and 07140600 - Installation, Maintenance, and Repair of Medical Equipment Qualification 4S07140603 - Technician-Electronic.

The international commission included Ahmadzoda Mansur Ahmad, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Head of the "Dental Work" Department at the State Educational Institution "Republican Medical College" in Dushanbe.

The expert commission was represented by teachers from colleges in Kazakhstan, including: State Higher Medical College named after D. Kalmatayev of the Health Department of the Abay Region, Taldykorgan Higher Medical College, Karaganda Regional Higher Nursing College of the Health Department of the Karaganda Region, Kostanay Higher Medical College of the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kazakhstan-Russian Higher Medical College, Interdent Higher Medical College, Higher Medical College of the Health Department of Almaty city, Higher Medical College “Emili” of Almaty, Kazakh Order of the "Badge of Honor" Scientific Research Institute of Eye Diseases, and the Departments of Robotics and Technical Means of Automation of Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satbayev.
