The evaluation assessed Residency and Master's educational programmes for compliance with ECAQA accreditation Standards. The commission was chaired by B.S. Zhanalina, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Surgical and Pediatric Dentistry at the "West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University" JSC.

The international commission included two foreign experts: Ruslan Abdullaevich Nasyrov, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Research, Head of the Department of Pathological Anatomy with a course in Forensic Medicine at the Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences; and Troynich Iana Nikolaevna, Vice-Rector for Educational and Disciplinary Work at the Armenian-Russian International University "Mkhitar Gosh".
