The international expert commission included Tukhtasinova Dilorоm Safoevna, Director of the Center for Medical Education Development and Honored Health Worker of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Kazakhstani academic community was represented by leaders, teachers, and students of the following colleges: School of Nursing Education of the "Karaganda Medical University" JSC, Pavlodar Higher Medical College of the Pavlodar Regional Health Department, Karaganda Higher Humanitarian College, and the Regional Clinical Hospital of the Karaganda Regional Health Department.
