Over the course of three days, an international external expert commission, evaluating the college's activities in accordance with the Standards of Institutional Accreditation for Medical Colleges developed by ECAQA, with a focus on assessing additional and informal education, worked at LLP Higher Medical College "Emili".

The composition of the external expert commission included an international expert, Laylo Maksudova, DMSc, MD, a lecturer at the Center for the Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a member of the editorial board of the scientific-practical journal "Advanced Ophthalmology" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a member of the editorial board of the scientific-information medical publishing house "Healthcare of Tajikistan".

The commission was chaired by Gulmira Tokbergenova, PhD in Pedagogy, Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Excellence in Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of LLP "Higher Medical College "Interdent". Academic experts included employees of higher medical colleges in Kazakhstan (Almaty, Semey), an expert-student, and a representative of practical healthcare.
