EEC Chair was G.S. Kemelova, MD, Ph.D., Director of the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies, Karaganda Medical University NJSC, member of ROSOMED (Russia), member of SESAM (Europe), member of the Joint Commission on Quality of Medical Services of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tatyana Mikhaylovna Ripp, DMedSc, Member of the Russian Society of Cardiology Board, Head of the Expert Council of the System Integrator Training in Medicine Society, Associate Professor of the Accreditation and Simulation Center of the “Almazov National Medical Research Centre” Federal State Budgetary Institution of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, took part in the EEC as a foreign member.

The EEC included Dinara Adletovna Mukanova, MD, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Simulation Technologies, Semey Medical University; Zhazira Orumbekovna Tertyubaeva, Head of the Department of Strategic Development, Human Resources and Functional Support of the International Institute of Postgraduate Education; Salem Yestay, resident of the Kazakh-Russian Medical University.
