In July 2020, The Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health Care (ECAQA) conducted peer reviews of two organisations, which implement continuing education programmes in health care, for the compliance with the Standards for Institutional Accreditation of Organisations for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Healthcare Professionals.
The external evaluation was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Guidelines for the External Evaluation of Educational Organisations and Educational Programmes (2020).
The EEC on accreditation of the National Centre of Neurosurgery JSC, Nur-Sultan, conducted evaluation from June 24 to July 17, 2020 and included the following experts: Chair S.A. Shamsutdinova, PhD, Doctor of Superior Expert Category in Public Health, Head of the Centre for Innovation and Education at the Central Clinical Hospital of Almaty, President of the Association for Bioethics and Medical Law, Member of the World Association for Medical Law, European Association of Paediatrics and Adolescent Gynaecology; Representative of Employers A.A. Zhukubayeva, Head of the Department of Education of The National Research Oncology Centre LLP; Expert-trainee A.A. Kulmagambetov, intern of the Kazakh-Russian Medical University.
The EEC on accreditation of the Training and Simulation Centre of the City Ambulance Station of the Akimat of Nur-Sultan carried out the evaluation from July 3 to July 27, 2020 and included the following experts: Chair G.A.
