On June 25-26, 2019, within the framework of institutional accreditation, the External Evaluation Commission (EEC) of the ECAQA visited the RSE on the REM "National Center of Public Health" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan that implements continuing education programmes.

The Chairman of the EEC was Alfiya Gumarovna Shamsutdinova, PhD, Head of the Center for Innovation and Education of the JSC Central Clinical Hospital (Almaty), President of the NGO “Association for Bioethics and Medical Law”, Member of the World Association for Medical Law, European Association of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynecology; the Foreign Expert was Sayragul Chynybekovna Dootaliyeva, Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Pharmacy Management and Economics, Medicine Technology of I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy; the National Academic Expert was Manshuk Anerovna Ramazanova, Senior Educator of the Department "Public Health and Health Care" of SD. Asfendiyarov National Medical University; the Expert-trainee was Nargiz Maratovna Zimbayeva, Business Director of the International Center for Medical Education "YES!!!"; the Expert and Representative of practical health care was Rashid Bolatovich Abdrasulov, Candidate of Medical Science, anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the National Scientific Center of Phthisiopulmonology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the ECAQA Observer was Saule Sergaziyevna Sarsenbayeva, Dr. habil. med., MBA, Director General of the Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Health care.
