On June 26-27, 2019, within the framework of institutional accreditation, the External Evaluation Commission (EEC) of the ECAQA visited M. Aikimbayev's Kazakh Scientific Centre for Quarantine and Zoonotic Diseases of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan that implements continuing education programmes.

The Chairperson of the EEC was Ibrayeva Gulmira, Candidate of Medical Science, Associate Professor, Director of the Institute of Continuing Education PROFESSIONAL, International Trainer on HIV/AIDS, Member of the working group of the Committee of Continuing Medical Education of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of normative legal acts and legislative documents in continuing professional education; the Foreign expert was Sergey Ryzhkin, Candidate of Medical Science, Associate Professor of the Department of Radiation Diagnostics, Head of the Continuing Professional Education Department of the Kazan State Medical Academy, accredited expert of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science; the National Academic Expert was Elena Slavko, Candidate of Medical Science, Associate Professor, Director of the Department of Graduate and Postgraduate Studies of the JSC “Kazakh Medical University of Continuing Education”; the Expert and Health Specialist was Bolat Zhanturiyev, Candidate of Medical Science, DBA, Deputy Head of the Testing Center with laboratories, Head of the Laboratory of Biological Research of the National Center for Expertise of Medicines and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Expert and Employers Representative was Rashid Abdrasulov, Candidate of Medical Science, anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the National Scientific Center of Phthisiopulmonology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the ECAQA Observer was Makpal Umarova, Head of the Accreditation and Monitoring Department of the ECAQA.
